We understand that the decision to move to a nursing home is a difficult one and can cause much stress for families.
We are here to assist and guide you through the process.
We at Hillcrest House will become part of your support network and we hope that you and your family will become part of our extended family
We encourage you to bring personal items such as photographs, ornaments and pictures for your room Indeed small pieces of furniture, subject to safety can be accommodated also.
We will gradually introduce you to the team of staff and residents and allow you as much time as you need to “settle in”
We kindly ask that if you or your family have any worries, concerns or special requests, that you make them known to us especially in the “early days” and until you feel settled, relaxed and content.
